Information we collect

Our Web server automatically recognizes your home server but not your email address. Therefore, your email address is not captured or stored for future use, unless you provide it to White cross Health llc. We do collect the following information:

  • Your domain name
  • Your email address when you communicate with us via email
  • Aggregate information on what pages you access or visit
  • Specific information on what pages you access or visit
  • Information provided by you in the catalog request and check out forms

We use the information we collect to improve the content of our Web page, to customize the content and/or layout of our pages, to notify you about updates to our Web site and to contact you for marketing purposes.

We will NEVER share your credit card number with any third party. 

Return Policy

You must be totally satisfied with your purchase.  Our products are natural and contain no chemicals and no known side effects.  Many of our products take time to fully take affect in your body, so be patient and consistant with your daily doses.   If after using our products you do not see the benefits you were promised you may contact our customer return department at 1-888-275-5717 and we will issue a refund to the credit card in which the order was placed on.  *  Refund amount does not include shipping and processing fee.

  • All products must be returned, unused or used, in good condition, in original boxes (whenever possible),
  • All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
  • For your protection, we recommend that you use UPS or Insured Parcel Post for your return.
  • Keep the Return Tracking Number from the package you are returning to ensure that the package is returned to the warehouse.
  • You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 30 days of our receiving your returned product. You will be refunded the shipping cost if the return is a result of a manufacturer error or a shipping error on our part.

Multiple Bottles of the Same Product

If you are returning multiple bottles of the same item, we will gladly refund the product price of all of the bottles.  There is a $119 restocking fee for 12 or more bottle orders.   If more than 1 bottle of the same item has been opened, no refund will be issued.(this does not apply for stemCELL-1)  You must complete a 12 month cycle of stemCELL-1 in order to obtain longterm benefits.
